I have extensive experience of working in dynamic and varied business environments with an international scope. I have been a Director of two UK-Based Commercial companies (co-founder of both, and MD of one), Director of two Charities delivering services internationally, and a Not-for-Profit International Organisation based in Belgium.

I have also held various management posts including Research & Development Manager, and Learning & Service Innovation Manager.

In recognition of my business experience, I have been awarded a Fellowship at Institute of Leadership in the UK. I also have a Master's Degree in Business Management.

Burnout, anxiety, depression, managing workplace dynamics, exploring further career options, and the challenges of day-to-day living, are a reality for many who have high pressured jobs in both the public and private sectors.
